Letters in Your Mailbox is a recurring monthly subscription for printed story letters delivered by mail. Subscribers are billed $24.99 per month for each character selected. You may subscribe to more than one story at a time.Subscriptions continue automatically until paused or canceled.
Billing and Cancellation
Billing occurs once per month on the date your subscription begins. You may pause or cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.Because letters are printed and prepared for mailing promptly, refunds are not available once a billing cycle has processed.

Are the stories appropriate for all readers?
Yes. Letters in Your Mailbox is written in the tradition of classic storytelling. While the characters experience real life — grief, hope, love, and adventure — the stories contain no explicit language, sexual content, or graphic material. The tone remains thoughtful, reflective, and respectful of the reader.
What exactly will I receive?
Unless it is a Special Edition, subscribers receive one printed letter each week delivered by mail. Each letter continues the story from the previous one, allowing you to follow along as the characters share their lives, adventures, and reflections over time.
What is a Special Edition
Special Editions are characters who write for a period of time, and then the subscription ends. Depending on the character, they may write weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Where does the story begin?
Every subscriber begins at the very beginning of the story. Your first letter will always be Letter #1, and each week you’ll receive the next chapter as the story unfolds.
Can I follow more than one character?
Yes. Many readers choose to follow more than one story. Each character writes their own letters and their stories unfold independently, so you may subscribe to as many as you like.
When will my first letter arrive?
New subscriptions begin the first full mailing week following the week of the initial subscription. This allows time to prepare your first mailing and ensures no delays in future mailings. Depending on what day you order and which character you subscribe to, your first letter will be placed into the mailbox between seven and thirteen days later, and every week thereafter, unless it is a Special Edition character.
How long do the stories last?
You may follow the stories as long as you like. Some characters have been writing for years. Some Special Edition characters are short-term, and their length will be described on their own pages.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Letters are sent worldwide. International subscriptions include the additional postage required for overseas delivery.

The letters are carefully written and designed to feel like traditional personal correspondence. They are printed on custom stationery so they arrive looking and feeling like a real letter from the writer.
